February 18, 2007 - DCA's TBoT Shoot - Boy hidee, we REALLY lucked out with the weather for this shoot! A 30's morning warmed up to a sunny and very pleasant high of about 60 - and a big ole bonfire in the AM helped to warm up our earliest shooters. We had a large turnout and were pleased to see quite a few new faces. Welcome to our newest members! THIS is a LOOONG shot!

Alien? Purple people eater?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ March 18, 2007 - DCA's Turkey Shoot - We had a great turnout and lucked out with nice, cool weather. It was a really fun shoot, with several challenging shot placements (those doggone branches just LEAPT out at arrows....). Again, we were thrilled to see several new faces and new members. DCA is growing!
Traditional Bowhunters of Texas 14th Annual SHOOTOUT! - April, 2007- DCA was well represented and these pictures prove that those of us who missed this one in Vanderpool missed a good time and some beautiful scenery. That bluebonnet and prickly pear shot is great! Thanks to Lloyd and Shirley for providing these great pictures.
Clifton TBoT Shoot - April, 2007 - A couple of us went down to Clifton...and also enjoyed a range full of bluebonnets!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ May 5, 2007 - DCA's Longbow Warmup Shoot - An overcast, humid day as evidenced by the fogging of the camera lens in some shots, but an excellent turnout and lots of fun and fellowship. Thanks to Lloyd for taking ownership of the setup and to our range managers, Rick and Rob, for excellent preparation. And Dusty....the burgers and hot dogs were delicious! VERY special thanks to Mrs. Byron Neuse for saving us by a run to the store for more beef patties! And to Lloyd for a second trip for more buns! WHAT would we do without you, Lloyd?

We drank lots of water, though, and had a great time. Thanks to everyone who showed up and persevered!
